Description

-	provide creative solutions to business stakeholder needs based on existing application functionality
-	maintain user and technical documentation
-	build diagrams and presentations
-	analyze and present findings
-	prepare specifications describing new functional requirements based on needs analysis
-	describe functionality to a programmer, or group of programmers
-	document business and system process flows
-	model data structures and their relationships
-	prepare and execute quality assurance test cases
-	anything else that needs doing
